学员须知
- 报名成功后, 除非主办方取消课程，否则不可要求退出及退款。
- 申请课程时，报名表格上所填写资料必须准确无误（包括会员资格），否则申请可被退回，退款须缴付 $20 行政费。报名付款成功后不允许转让。
- 由世界手法医学会（新加坡）主办的课程讲座，所使用的讲课资料、图片、图表、影像、数据、和病案资料等，本会拥有独立知识产权，任何人士不得以复印、录音、拍摄等各种形式复制。网上学习内容仅限直播使用，属于个人经验及临床机密，未经许可，不得外泄、不得向他人透露、不得挪为商业营销，否则可能被视为侵权，必须负担法律责任。
- 课程收据会发在网课群内，一个月内学员须自行负责下载收据，逾期后若有学员要求开收据，须付$5行政费。
Information for participants
- Once registration is completed, there will be no withdrawals or refunds, unless the organising association cancels the event.
- During course application, please ensure that the information provided is accurate (including membership status). Otherwise the application may be rejected, and a SGD 20 administrative fee will be charged. No transfers of applications will be entertained.
- All lecture materials, images, charts, images, data, and medical records from the lecture are intellectual property belonging to WMMAS. No person(s) is/are allowed to copy, record, or engage in other forms of material reproduction and circulation. All content of the programme is limited to live streaming use and belongs to personal experience and is bound by clinical confidentiality. Unless authorised, it cannot be leaked, disclosed to others, or used for commercial marketing. Otherwise, it may be considered as infringement and legal action will be taken.
- Electronic copies of the course receipts will be sent to the WhatsApp group of the course. Participants are responsible for downloading the receipt within one month. Any requests for re-issuing of receipts beyond the 1-month deadline will require a SGD 5 administrative fee.
